There are two semester assignments. The first one is about SNMP, while the other one is about Web-based Network Management (Web Services and Semantic Web). The assignments should be done in group of maximum 3 students. Answer to the assignments should be submitted to jonas.waefler@item.ntnu.no in PDF document + other related files if necessary, one per each group. Please include ”TTM4128” in the subject of your emails and don't forget to put your group number in the submissions.

The assignments will be graded with weight 33%. The grading is both based on the written submission as well as presentation and demonstration. The assignment will be graded by %-score (0-100%). The grading of the assignments will not be published before the final grade is published.

Tuitions for semester assignments are normally held on Tuesdays at 17:15 - 19:00. See the schedules below. Note that some tuitions for semester assignments are held at the same time with tuitions for exercises.

• If I don't find net-snmp on the machines in Lab Sahara, what can I do?
  
  Ans If you use Windows, you can go get the net-snmp.zip file on this protected site (Send an email to kornschd@item.ntnu.no to get the username and password if you don't have them. Please include ”TTM4128” in the subject of your email.). Then, unzip the file and put it on C:\ directory. You can put it somewhere else, but you need to update the content of snmp.conf file. You can find the file in usr/etc/snmp/ directory.
  You can always install net-snmp in your own machine.

• Where can I find a reasoner in Protégé?
  
  Ans Use the Pellet reasoner. You can install it from within Protégé as explained on clarkparsia.
