Dr. Veena B. Mendiratta is a Network Reliability and Analytics Lead, Bell Labs, Alcatel-Lucent. She has vast experiences from leading the Next-Generation Solutions, Services and Systems Reliability work. Her technical interests also include data analytics, architecture and network dependability analysis. Current work is focused on telecom data analytics and on architecting next generation communication networks for high performance and reliability. She is a member of the Alcatel-Lucent Technical Academy; a recipient of the Bell Labs President’s Award; and is an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Analytics program at Northwestern University. The mix of both industry and academic experience is very valuable for our laboratory.
